2. If you have forgotten your password and deleted an e-mail with your registration details from your mailbox, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ box when you log in. You will be prompted to enter the e-mail address you used when you registered:

3. Once you have entered your e-mail address, click on 'Send' and wait until you receive an e-mail with a new, automatically generated password. You will see the message:

4. Once you follow the link you received in the message, the home page of the website will open with the message "Mail Confirmed. The login details have been sent to your e-mail". A new password will be sent to your e-mail in a new message. You have to enter it with your login (your e-mail) when you log in.
